I made an appointment to drop off my car early Friday morning . To my shock no one was there to greet me. Instead I had to club out of my car to try it yet my self. By myself. That took 12 minutes. A young lady was kind enough to point where I needed to go next. Inside and my advisor would be in to meet me in a few minutes. One hour latter my advisor came in to very Ft my concerns. He asked if I could wait while he finished up someone else. Now it is 1.25 hours since my Appointment time to drop off my car and pick up my loaner so I could get on with my day. I mentioned that to him. He said yes I’ll get that ready right away. 30 minutes latter he waved and said Follow me then walked away. I followed best he could but he disappeared around two corners. When I caught him he was courteous and held the door for me. We walked. Cross the street to a sister comp y where he introduced me to a rental car guy - then left. The re by Al guy was fast and efficient. I was out of there in 9 minutes. A total of over two hours to drop of my car for service. Outrageous !!! Terrible!! My hourly rate is $2750 an hour. Times two hours- That’s how much I lost from not being at my job. My service guide was the assistant manager of service . I called service after 6.5 hours of no contact . Left a message for my service guy. No response. 30 min latter I called again. No answer. Next I called and requested the Service manager. I was told no and she will help me. She did not! At that time I te is Ed an ex be lent video summary of needs for my car from the mechanic. Then My service guy contacted me. He said he can’t reattach the loose brake sensor wire it had to be replaced at $175. Plus another $1600 of service needs to put my car in good working order. And new wipers would cost $125. I said no and wanted my car asap. No way was I waiting till Monday for my repairs . I picked up my car. Took it to a certified BMW mechanic. He attached my brake sensor wire and he charged $75. Over all I have to believe the dealership and owners are fundamentally dishonest scammers. And service manager staff are Ill trained and poorly organized. t best. More
