No complaints I took my car in for a routine oil change. I was greeted promptly and my appointment was confirmed. Derek joined me in the waiting room, reconfirmed t I took my car in for a routine oil change. I was greeted promptly and my appointment was confirmed. Derek joined me in the waiting room, reconfirmed the reason for my visit, and promised me prompt service. Several employees stopped by my seat in the waiting room to greet me, I read a magazine, and ate one yummy cookie and it was time to go. The folks at Sarasota BMW really have their routine down and visits there are always pleasant. More
