Kudos to the service staff! Derek was helpful and personable to me. He was very helpful and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I also want to thank Jon Pekar for helping me as well. My only disappointment is that I CANNOT USE MY ALLSTATE DRIVEWISE DEVICE on my new 530i. Last year I saved over $400 by using the Drivewise Device and it worked fine on my BMW 428i. If I knew that the device would not work, I might have gone with another car and not another BMW. Derek told me that I could use my phone and download an app for the Drivewise Device. However, it can't be done because it is not available in certain parts of Florida and I live in one of those parts. I wish that BMW would fix this problem so that I can use the device. Thanks again to Derek and Jon. More
