Wow! You have SO improved your service! Everyone that greeted me was kind and courteous and not condescending. I’m more mechanical than my appearance. Derek was particularly attentive to my Everyone that greeted me was kind and courteous and not condescending. I’m more mechanical than my appearance. Derek was particularly attentive to my needs. Actually, he was “Over-The-Top”. Ms Blau (her maiden name) and I had a really nice time together.. The waiting area has improved greatly, along with the snacks. I especially love the fact that since I had a blow out on my way to the dealership, that my tire size was available! Then the clincher is; there was a rental car for me so I didn’t have to spend the whole day there. Wow! More

Service on our 20 year old Z3 We will be moving to Sarasota and wanted to have our 2000 Z3 serviced and brought up to standards but were worried about who we could trust to help us We will be moving to Sarasota and wanted to have our 2000 Z3 serviced and brought up to standards but were worried about who we could trust to help us.
