Our last 2 visits were horrible! We will never go back!! We took the car in for an oil change, dropped the car off the night before on a Thursday and by Saturday afternoon after man We will never go back!! We took the car in for an oil change, dropped the car off the night before on a Thursday and by Saturday afternoon after many, many calls trying to get someone to let us know if we could come get our car or if any work needed to be done, we finally got in touch with the service manager. Then went to pick up on Monday and there was a $600 bill waiting for us. We did not authorize any work to be done and none was communicated to us that needed to be done, other than a $8000 non-existent issue. The worst customer service ever!! More
