I had to have my car towed to the dealership due to an issue that turned out to be caused by a TSB and made it so the car could not be driven. It took about a week for diagnosis at which point I was told issue that turned out to be caused by a TSB and made it so the car could not be driven. It took about a week for diagnosis at which point I was told it would be about 4-5 days for the part to arrive and the work to be done. Nearly 3 months later the repair was finally made and the car returned with very little communication during the entire ordeal. At one point we received a call to tell us our part was in and they would like to schedule a day for us to bring our car in. I was shocked that they had no idea that they still had my car! It was also disappointing that initially they did not want to provide a loaner, although they did eventually agree to. When the work was finally complete it was as if the time it took was no big deal and they had no idea what happened. More

I was told my oil change would be $89 before I scheduled. When I there told it was going to be $119. Then charged $140. Waited over 19 minutes for them to figure out how to get my credit card to process. Whe When I there told it was going to be $119. Then charged $140.
