I was told my oil change would be $89 before I scheduled. When I there told it was going to be $119. Then charged $140. Waited over 19 minutes for them to figure out how to get my credit card to process. Whe When I there told it was going to be $119. Then charged $140. Dissatisfied with the time it took almost 2 months to get a part and have it installed. The part replacement job was only supposed to take a half hour. I was there 2.5 hours waiting between my jobs. The pe a part and have it installed. The part replacement job was only supposed to take a half hour. I was there 2.5 hours waiting between my jobs. The person working decided to take his lunch without completing my part replacement. The person at the desk knew I had to leave and finished the job. He was very nice but not sure of his name. I'm very disappointed and upset that your staff isnt trained to put customers first when they are waiting (except the guy at the desk). More
