Arrived at my scheduled time for vehicle service. This is only my 2nd time visiting this Nissan dealership and each time I've gone, this same service guy Derryl is always there to greet. He never smiles, not only my 2nd time visiting this Nissan dealership and each time I've gone, this same service guy Derryl is always there to greet. He never smiles, not personable at all and if he is not arguing with a customer either on phone or in person, he's trying it with me. Bottom line...he's rude!! More

The service team was very professional and helpful. Upon leaving the service area I mention to Ricardo that my car had not been washed after service and he took the initiative to drive it through the carwas leaving the service area I mention to Ricardo that my car had not been washed after service and he took the initiative to drive it through the carwash immediately.
