I went to buy out my lease last week Thursday. I have never felt so taken advantage of. It has been 6 days and I still do not have all of my signed paperwork and documentation. I have no idea what I have never felt so taken advantage of. It has been 6 days and I still do not have all of my signed paperwork and documentation. I have no idea what I paid for certain coverages. I was completely lied to by the finance lady who said that they were running a special on Gap insurance and that it was included when she actually charged me $1200! I still have yet to have that charge on documentation from the dealership. They added over $8600 in extras without showing me what I paid for. Nothing but miscommunication and it's been pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to me. This is the last time I will work with Heiser Ford. More

Everyone was friendly and helpful while we were there in person. However, I made it clear that I was leaving on a business trip and wanted the financing piece to be wrapped up quickly. Heiser just needed to person. However, I made it clear that I was leaving on a business trip and wanted the financing piece to be wrapped up quickly. Heiser just needed to send a form over to USAA. I tried calling in multiple times to check on it and could never get someone on the phone. After 4 days my wife drove 30 minutes to the dealership to find out Heiser had never submitted the form and I would need to wait another week for everything to process. They seem to be very understaffed and it is leading to poor customer service. Again, everyone is great in person, but if you have to follow up over the phone or the process is slightly more complicated than usual (usaa financing) expect long, frustrating delays. More
