No Knowledge I had spoke with a online rep before my visit and gave her the exact car I was interested in. The car was delivered 24 hours before my arrival. I had spoke with my bank and was pre approved before arrival. I arrived the day of to look at the car. The vehicle was dirty on the inside and out. The sales person David had no knowledge of the car but knew I would be coming in. He had actually sold me my last car 7 years earlier so he knew who I was. I then went on to spend almost 3 hours there negotiating a good interest rate with the sales manager Alex. In the waiting process I saw Alex speak under his breath in passing to David in regards to the sale. I am in Sales and know what this looks like. I was then led to the financial office to finalize my sale. I was treated rudely and very cold by that gentleman and even more so when I declined any of the extra add ons to the payment. I was then told to wait in the lobby for another 5-10 minutes until the car was being finished with detailing. After 20 minutes and a very impatient child with me, I walked outside to find David speaking to another sales person. I had to ask him where the vehicle was. He then went and got it and pulled it up to me. Upon further inspection I found ALOT of scratches and dings on the car, David said he could not help me at that point and said I could speak with the manager. I also asked where the other Key Fob was and he said it did not come from the dealership with another one. After spending over $20,000 on a car you would think all of this would have been addressed before I got there. I was told since it was a used car it is as is. I then got in the car and drove a block away to only have to turn back as the dashboard said the tires did not have enough air in them. Mind you, this was after along time waiting them to prepare the car for me. At this point, I have a crying child. So moral of the story is that once they make the sale, they cannot help you with anything else. The most rude unprofessional experience I have ever had buying a car. We were at Smart motors a few months before to buy a car for my husband and that was by far way more pleasurable then this. They laid out the red carpet for us there. I will never be back nor recommend this dealer every again. More
