Phenomenal service. I was always informed of the progress and if there were going to be any delays. I have to say when I found out that the piston was needing replacement I figured MB would do a motor swap. When I found out MB would rebuild I was a little disappointed, I have been in this situation before with another car brand and it was a nightmare, upon delivery new noises, car never ran the same, leaking, having to go back multiple times and I was without a car for weeks to months, With MB I made online appointment, Jose Hernandez wrote up ticket and informed me about everything, set me up with a loaner and told me not to worry. I immediately contacted Jackie and Rami and Devon and had them start looking for another car for me due to my low confidence in the repair that was going to be done. that team did exactly what I asked, but also told me I should really keep my car there will be no problems and If there is it will be taken care of. Well I took their advice my car was delivered to me and there have been absolutely zero problems with my car. I cannot say enough about the service, sales, parts all the MB Temecula team that had to deal with me and yes I will tell you I am not the easiest customer to deal with, isn't that right Jackie, Jose, Rami and Devon!! I looked at a few cars and test drove some. Devon was able to help me narrow on a Mercedes to suit all my needs. What I really loved about the dealership as well is that most of all the Mercedes were all slightly different, for we all have different needs. Devon even told me that the dealership can even locate a car that I want, if I don't see something on the lot. However, I found the car for me! I love it!!!! When it was time to buy, Huck and Devon were amazing! They were able to work out a price point for me with other add ons.
