No pressure no pain We have bought that last four of our vehicles from Herb Chambers and more specifically from Dhimitri Lako. He's always been friendly which is to be expected from a salesman. But he's also invested in ensuring the purchase makes sense for the buyer. Dhimitri will tell you if a choice may not be the best option for you based on your needs. He wont argue with you but if you have 120 mile commute every day but want a 5.7 L Tundra he'll ask you, "you sure that's what you want?" All in all he's been great to us, as has been Herb Chambers. Though I now have 2 new vehicles I definitely plan to come back when the next vehicle needs to come into my life. I recommend Herb Chambers to anyone looking. And ask fore Dhimitri. More

Just to let you know we live less that 5 minutes from the Bernardi Toyota in Framingham they are not bad but we prefer Auburn less stress less pressure .We drove off a couple of days later in 2 brand new Toyota Rav 4 this is my 3 Rav just love them. The finance man I think his name was Peter not sure made the process a breeze very nice and also very professional .Next time you are in the market for a new or used car please stop by and ask for Dhimitri you won't be disappointed . Great place to shop. More

Outstanding Experience We were recently in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and the staff at Toyota of Auburn were exceptional. We were very particular seeking a specific We were recently in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and the staff at Toyota of Auburn were exceptional. We were very particular seeking a specific make, model and year with a clean record. Dhimitri Lako was diligent in searching their Herb Chambers inventory for the right vehicle to meet our needs. They located and arranged viewing of a couple of vehicles which were close to our specifications, but just not quite right. At our direction, they were patient and Dhimitri continually monitored their entire network inventory to locate the perfect match. We ended up with the exact make, model and year vehicle we wanted with only one owner, a clean record and extremely low mileage. Once the right vehicle was found, negotiation of the best financial terms to meet our needs was easy with Dan Bortolussi and his team.
