After visiting other local dealerships, Audi, MB, I decided to purchase my X3 at. New century BMW. My sales guy Elvis and Jay the sales manager helped me get a really decent deal. New century BMW is a great neighborhood dealership I feel good about giving my business and I would refer my friends and family to. I have not experienced the service department yet I just purchased X3, but I have high hopes. As this is my first BMW, I had many questions on my vehicle. I was very lucky to have Diana Zhang to hold my nervous hands she is the best professor guided me through so many questions I had spent more than an hour.( Took long time because she went at my pace making sure to go over things thoroughly). Another smooth transactions like last time. Returning of my lease and purchasing another lease was surprisingly easy because of the communication with Elvis early on.
