BMW genius doing the work of service department I had a problem with my i3 instrument cluster display. The service department made me feel petty for bringing it up. It wasn’t until I spoke with Dian I had a problem with my i3 instrument cluster display. The service department made me feel petty for bringing it up. It wasn’t until I spoke with Diana that I got some useful suggestions to try. And she invited me back in case it didn’t work. The service and sales department should learn a thing or two from Diana on customer service 101. More
