I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Immigrated to Vancouver, Canada where I joined the Canadian Army. I met my American Special Forces Husband of 34yrs on the air force base where I was stationed. I then moved to Sacramento and now live in Shingle Springs!! I have been a Talent Scout for 30years but when COVID struck it changed my career direction. I found the Automotive industry very similar to finding talent and placing them on the right path. Meeting customers and getting to know them is my greatest pleasure and my gift of finding them the right car is such a joy. I have always been an advocate for customers and making sure they have the best experience. High pressure and deception. The salesman said he needed my id to check my credit to get a car fax report and to check for other vehicles in the area, He and his manager instead The salesman said he needed my id to check my credit to get a car fax report and to check for other vehicles in the area, He and his manager instead signed me up for financing without my knowledge after I told them I was pre-approved for financing through my bank. They then tried to get me to sign a financing agreement, I refused. I purchased this vehicle though by bank as promised. I was not aware they did this until after my purchase I received a financing denial letter from BMW. Also, I got the around for a month trying to get a second key, and did not receive a tire inflator kit as promised. This was a horrible stressful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this Dealership. Up Date: David Soto and Shane Weirick, reached out to us to apologize for the way my husband and I were treated and the harassment we felt after informing the salesman and his manager we were pre-approved through Navy Federal Credit Union, they should have made a call for verification, not try to force financing through BMW. David says he will continue to train his team to avoid these issues in the future. David offered to repair the sun roof and rear seat belt and order a tire inflator kit. He also put me in touch with Shane, with a discounted extended warranty. My husband and I appreciate the apology and the willingness to try and make things right. More

I had ordered an I4 edrive 35 in mid April with a refundable $1,000.00 deposit. My sister had also ordered this vehicle and upon encountering an issue with closing her deal I said you can take my ord refundable $1,000.00 deposit. My sister had also ordered this vehicle and upon encountering an issue with closing her deal I said you can take my order as I'm in no rush for a vehicle. She went to the dealership and without anyone calling me they gave her my order. I never told anyone that I was ok with this even though I told my sister the dealership could have at least hiven the courtesy of calling me and telling me that she modified my entire order. She ended up getting a different car but now mine is whatever spec she chose. At this point I just want my money back and never want to buy from this dealership. The service department is excellent so I don't want to discredit them. I emailed Louis Phan the sales manager that my sister worked with on May 27th to give my money back and he never responded. I then called Lance a couple weeks after and he said he'll call me back in 30 minutes and its been a week since then. I'm left with no choice but to write this review in hopes that I can get my OWN money that I worked for back. If this does not work I will go further in efforts to collect MY money. I would never recommend this dealership to people I care about. More
