Although we had an 11AM appointment, we were entertained by Howard Kent and Bobby Jo. Howard did a great job in describing the 2017 RX350, which was not on our agenda. We then spent time with Rick, who was very patient in trying to fix our tech problem, but was not able to do so--he found a partial fix in the new 2017....Howard and Tina then gave us some numbers for a purchase and without the annoying charade of back and forth "negotiation" agreed to a fair trade and cash transaction. We came in for tech help and because of the service orientation of the entire staff we bought a car that we had not planned to purchase. It was a team effort and your staff is exemplary. FYI, my wife loves her new car in spite of the aggressive design--which we did not want when shopping for our 2015 RX. Thank you cannot express our extreme gratitude for the way we were treated when we arrived. We were greeted warmly and had the great good fortune to have John Rehberg, Brand Specialist help us understand what a lease is all about. Well, let me back up. My husband and I were considering the comparison of the benefits between a lease and the purchase of a new car. We made a call to Treasure Coast Lexus and had several questions. John Rehberg listened to our questions and got back to us within minutes with answers! We thought that was impressive because when one calls a business these days, return calls are promised but many times these calls are not returned. As a result, we decided to make an immediate appointment for a consultation. When we sat down with John he was, honest, forthright and sincere. John listened to our every concern and need. We were so impressed with John’s excellent listening skills combined with his thorough knowledge of what a lease agreement entails we felt totally at ease. The one word that comes to mind is trust and one cannot often say that when speaking about a car sales person. Our experience got even better when we felt we were treated very fairly. We decided to “make the leap” and purchased our first lease agreement. Our excellent experience continued when we were introduced to Steve Kritikos, Financial Services Director. Steve handled the process with ease. We walked out feeling so very good about the commitment we made. Then we met Diane Spencer, Technology Specialist. We’re not sure about other senior citizens but tech can be very tricky and intimidating. Diane put our minds at ease. She made an immediate appointment to review all the “bells and whistles” offered. When we met with Diane, we found a truly professional individual with unlimited patience that made it easy to understand all the safety features and other facets of our new Lexus RX 350. Diane advised us that she was available for follow-up anytime. When we finished with our lease purchase Gary Mariarossi, General Sales Manager, took the time to introduce himself and thanked us for joining the Treasure Coast Lexus family. We felt that we bought an excellent lease and a great car but, more than that we got excellent customer service. We are so very happy that we chose Treasure Coast Lexus for our first lease on a Lexus RX 350! More
