My sales associate, Edgar, was very helpful throughout the entire process. This was important as I am an out of state customer, so I was unable to simply drive over to the dealership to explore the vehicles. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, the answers I received were clear and straightforward, there was no concern with having to play games or jump through hoops to get the information I needed. Ultimately I landed on purchasing a new vehicle, I traveled in from out of town, and was even picked up by Edgar and given a ride to the dealership to finalize the transaction. I would travel from out of state again to purchase another vehicle here at Valley Honda. More

Here’s what he had to say about his experience at Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois: “It all started on a Saturday night when I met Derek Lee. Derek was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed me cars I was considering, like the Honda CR-V and the Honda Accord, and worked with his manager to offer an excellent deal on the Touring trim. Although the deal was enticing, I wasn’t ready to decide and appreciated that Derek wasn’t pushy. He answered all my questions patiently, leaving a great first impression. I’ve always been drawn to the CR-V for its visibility and practicality. After the holiday, Derek followed up to check on my interest. His enthusiasm and willingness to help stood out, and he took the time to explain every detail. On my second visit, Dominic D'Alesio helped me explore additional trims of the CR-V and Accord EX-L. Dominic was professional, patient, and focused on finding the best fit for me. By the third visit, I decided on the CR-V but was unsure about the trim.
