Brought my car in for service for a similar issue twice in 5 month period. South Shore didn't look at my car for 4 days while stringing me along and passing the buck to other team members. When picking u in 5 month period. South Shore didn't look at my car for 4 days while stringing me along and passing the buck to other team members. When picking up my loaner car I was made fun of by Dina, one of the service advisors. It was a rather odd and embarrassing situation. For a older woman to act like a child towards a customer is pretty ridiculous. I would say this is one of the worst places of business I have ever encountered. More
