I was greeted by Dan Dunham after a few minutes which I appreciated as most dealerships swarm on customers as they enter like vultures on a carcass. I walked in, saw the vehicle I wanted, shot the breeze with Mr Dunham for a few moments and after deciding I was trading my current vehicle in for my new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, I had more than acceptable financing as well as life time warranty and lifetime oil changes all for less than I was paying before. This was my 2nd encounter with Lithia Chrysler Jeep personally and my mother bought there as well. When it's time to buy new I will definitely take my business there. More

I drove a couple different Jeeps and visited the dealership twice before I returned on a third visit to purchase a new vehicle. I did not feel any pressure and found the associates I worked with to be kind, down to earth people. I owned a Jeep Cherokee Sport for 14 years and was glad to find a similar styled vehicle in the 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude. If you want a stress-free car buying experience, ask for Dirk, he is a great guy! More
