Excellent Service and commitment From the initial greet from Diron to handing me the keys to my new truck, I felt like i was dealing with a life long friend. Diron listen to my needs From the initial greet from Diron to handing me the keys to my new truck, I felt like i was dealing with a life long friend. Diron listen to my needs and paid attention to my financial limitations. At the start, Diron said if the truck i was interested in couldnt meeet my budget needs, he would work to find one that would. with that said.. he was able to get the truck i was interested in to fit my budget. He worked with the price, my tradein, and finance to get the numbers where i needed them. It didnt stop there, through the process, Diron made me feel like i was in trusted hands. Not once did i feel like i was getting a run around or playing a numbers game like in other dealerships. Diron was honest, gave me the bottom line and was fully transparent through the process. This is my 3rd car purchased from the Five Star Family, but my first at Five Star in NRH. Five Star Ford in NRH has earned my business for life. More
