The finance person, Dominic Thornton, assigned to my purchase needs coaching in talking to customers. After talking to him 2 times I was ready to not buy the vehicle. His attitude and demeanor is not me purchase needs coaching in talking to customers. After talking to him 2 times I was ready to not buy the vehicle. His attitude and demeanor is not meant for public interaction. I can be more specific if needed. Fernando Lozano, on the other hand, is who restored my faith that I was an important customer and that my satisfaction mattered. Lexus can thank him for changing my mind. I would definitely like to purchase another vehicle from Fernando in the foreseeable future. More

The car sales area is fine, but the service area is fantastic. My car had some front damage, and thank god I did not have to take it to the collision center.
