When Bob Spee introduced himself to my wife and I he was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and you could tell right from the start passionate about his work. I told Bob initially that I knew nothing about Toyotas. We went to his office where he patiently took the time to answer in detail any questions I had. Bob also made sure that I understood all of the options before giving us a good deal. The wife and I like our new Toyota and cannot thank Bob enough. More
