Our salesman, Billy Howorth was courteous, professional and efficient. By the time I showed up at the dealership, he had the majority of my paperwork well underway, made sure I knew what documents to bring. and had personally test driven the vehicle I was interested in to ensure a good fit. After a bad wreck in December, my cute little Civic was totaled. I had not expected to need to make a car buying decision in a hurry, but I'm thankful for this dealership for coming thru for me in a new way. Between holiday travel and cold weather, I had done much more looking online rather than from dealership to dealership. There were certain characteristics I was hoping to find (compact, silver, sunroof, heated seats...) I called late on a Friday night, just to see if Valley had a car that I had my eyes on, in the color I wanted. Adam Michel answered my call, helped look up what I wanted and gave me a price I couldn't resist. He called back to check with me before I went in Saturday morning to test drive the car I would soon be taking home! Adam made the process so smooth. There were several upgrades in the tech department from 2002 to 2016! I felt like a slow learner but he worked with me until I felt comfortable with my interior electronics. He was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I felt excited and confident in my purchase! Buying a new car, especially for someone like me who doesn't shop often, could be nerve-wracking. Everyone at Valley: from Don, the manager, Rose, the finance lady, the service guys who brought the car around in chilly conditions & cleaned it up before I left and especially, Adam, made my new purchase...investment, really, a relaxed and happy experience. I can't go as far as giving them the credit for the next three days of even more hectic weather but I can tell you my little AWD does well in snow, sleet, high winds and downpouring rain! Not only was he clear and direct in his communication style (over the phone and in person), but he is also an extremely genuine and trustworthy professional. His approach is quite natural and he did not come across as a pushy salesman and I didn't feel rushed. I came prepared and knew the deal that would work best for me and he definitely listened to me. I not only left Valley Honda with a brand new Honda Accord Coupe, but I also felt valued and respected as a new customer. Everyone I encountered at Valley Honda was attentive, patient and friendly.
