I've had the pleasure of working with their General Manager Don Davis and he goes out of his way to make sure that their customers are happy with their experience. I have work with Jab one of their oustanding and very personable sales managers on multiple occasions along with Cesar a very knowledgeable sales associate. They all recongize that different customers have different needs and will customize their buying approach to the customers needs. Their service department rocks and the time they spend post service is outstanding. Throw out every preconceived notion you have about a car dealership and go here for a wonderful experience. Randall in finance was hilarious and made that step in the process so much fun; not a typical characteristic of planning how to pay for a new car. He and Mario who was training him had great personalities and made sure we were satisfied. Dave showed us through our new car and helped us get our possessions from the old van before leaving. I can’t say enough about every single person who helped us in this process. Top notch service for sure. More

Tyler contacted me on Monday to inform me that the vehicle had been received by the de We traveled 4 1/2 hours to buy our new Pilot from Valley Honda. Tyler contacted me on Monday to inform me that the vehicle had been received by the dealership and set up a pick-up date of Wednesday. Tyler worked through all of the paperwork and financing over the phone to ensure a smooth transition when we arrived. Upon arriving on Wednesday, Tyler greeted us with a completed documentation package, reviewed the documents with us for accuracy, and introduced us to the finance manager. Once the documentation had been finalized, Tyler gave us a tour of the service department and reviewed/set some of the personalized settings for our Pilot. Tyler was very professional, informative, and personable during our entire experience. It was an enjoyable experience for us. I would highly recommend purchasing from Vally Honda and asking for Tyler when you arrive. More
