Great Buying Experience Our salesperson, Dickie Heckler, was very knowledgeable and it was not an all day ordeal. We new what we wanted before we arrived. We also had an appointment which made it even easier to meet with him. From test drive to paperwork, it was an easy purchase. However, I had heard good things about Pete Moore Chevrolet, so when I found a vehicle at their dealership that I was interested in online, I started the process. From the first email, text and call, it all was very pleasant. No big hassle or pressure....just pleasant customer service. My sales rep, Tom Royster, was very professional and I appreciated that he just cut to the chase....none of the typical back and forth and back and forth. He was very courteous to me and my father. When we were transferred over to the Finance Department, Don Lindgren, was equally nice to work with. He is a very personable fellow! Both men helped to make the whole process actually pleasant. I highly recommend Pete Moore Chevrolet. PS The vehicle is FANTASTIC! Just what I was looking for and the price was great! More
