The service itself is great and understanding. We had a mix up and they took care of it afterwards. The guy who came to pick up my car on the other hand was not going to give me the loner car’ key We had a mix up and they took care of it afterwards. And we had agree on a return time of 3:30pm but at 3:27 (still driving back from school) he decided to text saying ”hey I thought we agreed on 3:30” if he were to just wait until 3:28 to send that, I would have arrived home. I found the text rude especially it was not the time yet and I was not late to the point where he had to wait for even more than 5 mins. He was only there for 30 second (according to my ring camera) before he got frustrated and send the text More
