Don was born and raised in Baltimore, MD but has lived on the Eastern shore most of his life. He comes to us from an extensive retail background and is customer driven. Don likes to spend his free time with his wife, two children and their dog Rex. In his spare time Don is an active member at his Church, loves to work on cars, and when not working outside or around the house he is supporting his hometown football team the Baltimore Ravens.

Disregard my last. This was a factory order at a price lower than another dealer. Then I discovered that items that would normally be included in a Crosstrek Limited was not there. I contacted the salesperson Joe Francisco. He informed me that the sales manager did not include the mirror; the standard one that has buttons to open and close garage doors; but $483, something like that, I could get it. After complaining I asked for it at no charge and I decided to opt out of the $800 for the clear coating that I did not yet get since I no longer had any trust in the company. All was agreed to and I would be notified when the mirror came in. After I few week I heard nothing. After an email to Joe I was informed that my email to him was blocked and that I would pay for all. The audio system sounds inferior to the one in my 2018 Crosstrek limited so I am wondering if that was degraded also. I will try to find out. Bottom line is I got a lower price because what a reasonable person that had a the 2018 limited would expect. So, the stars should be 1; no wonder I was asked to do the first reply.
