Hello my name is David Dowell- I recently had my van checked for an srs light that was on my dash and diagnostic on the whole van and was charged $393 for that.i left the dealership and didn't even make checked for an srs light that was on my dash and diagnostic on the whole van and was charged $393 for that.i left the dealership and didn't even make it home before my van shut off and would not crank, left me stranded on side of the road.it wasn't stopping at all before I let wolfchase honda touch it. I went back to the dealership talked to a Mario Rossi who told me to have it towed back at my expense which was another $130 and I never made it home. I got a call from Mario a few days later and he says the problem was fixed , that cost me another $260. Now it quit again , a manager (Mr.Donny) had it towed back this time because he said he felt bad about not towing my van the first time.i just got a call from Mario today only to tell me the time belt broke and I need a new engine. I feel like i was taking for a ride full of lies.who can I talk to about being compensated or I will have to take further actions,because he told me when I picked my van up the first time that the van was in good condition, I can drive to California if I wanted. Now I'm being told I have to pay $1200 for an engine- my van was running good till I took it here!! All it had was a light on the dash, it wasn't stopping or quitting at all till they touched it. I need my van , could you help? I don't wanna take further actions.thank you More
