I am so sorry that you felt as though we were not interested in helping you. Asking Lincoln to replace all of your leather seat covers at 92049 miles as a second owner is a big ask. Unfortunately normal wear and tear is not covered and Lincoln was not able to help. As you found out when you contacted another Lincoln Dealership, most would not even make the attempt we did. I would recommend going back to the place you purchased the vehicle and asking them to replace the seat covers.

Your response is both inaccurate and dismissive. According to Lincoln Concierge, they have no record of your dealership ever contacting them regarding my case to help — so I’m not sure how you claim to have “made the attempt.” Additionally, I bought my Navigator in Atlanta with just about 3-4miles on it, with warranty still intact, and it has been serviced at your dealership ever since. So I’m not sure what you are trying to insinuate with second owner comment. My concern was never about normal wear and tear — it’s about a known issue with the ventilated seat upholstery that has been documented by other Lincoln owners. Instead of taking ownership or following up as promised, your team ignored multiple emails and calls. This kind of response only reinforces the poor customer service experience that prompted my review in the first place. As well as your your unprofessional behavior online — including condescending public replies like this.
