After the "sale" they continued to support my needs with the vehicle. The service department is outstanding...Ben Owings my service advisor has worked with me through a couple of O E M parts installations. He to is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and competent. What he tells me is so. He has assisted me to get my Gladiator in the shop on very short notice. Both the Sales and Service at Lithia Jeep of Reno are outstanding, and I have already recommended the dealership to friends and family. More

Not connected to online site I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, wi I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, with multiple thing to do and everything looks ok. We go to the appointment and they don't have any information that I entered so we have to make another appointment to finish the work. Either have the online stuff work and communicate it to the dealership or get rid of it. When the work is done, we are happy with everything else. 5 stars for the mechanics and 1 star for the appointment system. More

Helpful service We recently bought a Jeep Wrangler and wanted to have side bars. The dealership ordered the items and installed them for us. While dropping off the car I was assisted by service advisor Tim. He was very friendly and offered some great ideas on how to customize our jeep. I'm used to other dealerships where to service personnel are not very helpful and you can tell they don't want to be there. Excellent job It took awhile as wife is quite picky and wanted exactly what she wanted. Daniel Dunham was our Sales Rep who worked with us for over a week before wi It took awhile as wife is quite picky and wanted exactly what she wanted. Daniel Dunham was our Sales Rep who worked with us for over a week before wife made a decision. The sale parts was easy and Dan got everything done before hand as far as paper work needed to process though F&I. Even though Dan had done an excellent job preparing the final documents we still waited over 45 minutes to see the F&I processer. After another 20-30 minutes we back in Dan's hands as he went the vehicles attributes with my wife. She is totally happy with vehicle except for one thing- no one told her that it NO CD player in it and her trade-in had a 6 CD Changer that she enjoyed. She is still happy and even purchased some exterior add-on that I have install of course. More
