We arrived and were looking at vehicles when Donovan approached us while we were looking at the Kia Seltos and asked if we had any questions. We did have a couple of questions about the Seltos and Donovan answered those to our satisfaction. During the entire time Donovan assisted us through the test drive, filling out the paperwork and getting us to the finance department he treated us with respect even though both of us we dressed in jeans and sweatshirts. I honestly want it to be known that that his approach to us was a lot of the reason we purchased this car on Saturday. Sean Guffey in your finance department helped us through all the paper work and made the process painless. Thanks again for having Donovan and Sean on your staff.
