I would highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall for anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. I have avoided all car dealerships for years due to the old sales strategy of trying to pressure you into buying anythi looking to purchase a Toyota. I have avoided all car dealerships for years due to the old sales strategy of trying to pressure you into buying anything and everything. ToR had no pressure sales, and I actually purchased an extended warranty because I was NOT pressured! The inventory is not there but that is not the fault of the local dealer, that is a national problem right now. The only negative comment I can add is the fact the internet sales rep "kinda" led me to believe they had a car in stock which wasn't actually there. I asked via text message " looking for a limited or platinum trim, 2023. hybrid preferably. So you have any of these in stock today?". She replied, " I don't have a Hybrid in stock but I have a Limited gas model available!" After I made an appointment to go see the car the same day, I learned once I arrived that "available" meant that the exact car was at another dealer. They only had one similar car on the lot. Everything worked out and we got a car that we are happy with, so I am still giving them 5 stars. More

I have lived in richardson and in near by town's from the mid 1960's and never heard any thing bad about Toyota of Rockwall during that time. Rockwall is not in Dallas County, so the county tax paid didn't g mid 1960's and never heard any thing bad about Toyota of Rockwall during that time.
