I had one of the best ever experience in purchasing a car at Audi, Naples. Compared to my previous two experiences at different Audi dealership, I could easily say that Audi Naples have the best customer and at Audi, Naples. Compared to my previous two experiences at different Audi dealership, I could easily say that Audi Naples have the best customer and customer's interests in mind during the sales process. Dorian was patience throughout the process, never pushed to make the decision quickly. He always paid attention to the details and needs of our family, and provided valuable information such as different available options, cost comparison, different models and their features, and most importantly; which option provides more value for the money. My wife and I did not have good experiences at a different Audi dealership in the past, and we were very skeptical this time, but Dorian just blew us away with his customer focus, and service. The same goes for other folks at Audi Naples who were part of this transaction, whether filling up the paper work or just simply welcoming at the facility. More
