The aggressive sales culture at Findlay's Toyota is disgusting. Sales people are lurking in the parking lot, ready to pounce on customers as we drive up. Sales manager offered me to flip a coin to potentially get a bigger discount while risking the discount we already negotiated. Sales count dashboard is hung up visibly for customers to see. Gross. We love Toyota as it builds great cars but the sales culture at Findlay is causing us to rethink whether we will buy another Toyota in the future and will definitely not recommend them to a friend / family. Shayan was great to work with. He was the exception. More
