Findlay Toyota has been a solid company. Why they decided to end complimentary car washes doesn’t pass the smell test. Just say it is to save money. It is the same as with the 10k oil change Why they decided to end complimentary car washes doesn’t pass the smell test. Just say it is to save money. It is the same as with the 10k oil changes. Too many Toyota technicians are stating not to do it. If it is found that the change to 10k was to save a buck and it is found to cause any damage to engines, the lawsuits are gonna severely hurt the brand. Time will tell. More
