The aggressive sales culture at Findlay's Toyota is disgusting. Sales people are lurking in the parking lot, ready to pounce on customers as we drive up. We love Toyota as it builds great cars but the sales culture at Findlay is causing us to rethink whether we will buy another Toyota in the future and will definitely not recommend them to a friend / family.
