Salesman Mike Steele was above and beyond as was the rest of the team. Only reason not a 5 itvtook longer for the van to be gassed and made ready for me to take possession. Service while visiting with sales Doug Darr told us we would have about a 2-hour wait for service due to social distancing guidelines, so my wife and I spent some time with Jon Burke i Doug Darr told us we would have about a 2-hour wait for service due to social distancing guidelines, so my wife and I spent some time with Jon Burke in sales. Jon was kind enough to arrange a test drive for a Traverse and a Tahoe which provided us with a better idea of what we want in our next vehicle. Shortly after we finished up our test drives, the service on our vehicle was finished and we were ready to go. Doug was kind enough to provide us pricing on some future services. Both Doug and Jon were very professional and helpful. More

Sales People make the biggest differenc , Go FUZZ I was pre- approved through Scott Credit Union, I found two Audi's that I was considering... the two cars were basically the same down to the color.. I was pre- approved through Scott Credit Union, I found two Audi's that I was considering... the two cars were basically the same down to the color.. however the one at Lexus of St Louis was cheaper with less miles... Your sales manager Doug Darr, who I never met, moved a little on price but was unwilling to match the price of the other car...The real difference for me was FUZZ, He is an exceptional sales person, and a true asset to your company.. After deciding to purchase your car from Fuzz, your finance Lady insisted that I complete an application and submit to a credit check, when she could have used my SS# to look up my pre approval with Scott Credit Union... after about three hours Stacey Thornton came out and told me that I would have to complete an application and submit to a credit check for them to complete my paperwork at the dealership.. I had to go back to the credit union and have them complete the paperwork and issue a check... More
