Terrible experience. Truck is still not fixed because of a part that they installed that is messed up or they just forgot it in the first place. Now waiting on a reopen of my claim so they can order another part. After they told me my truck was fixed and I drove to get it inspected and failed. Now I paid for that inspection and won't get it in time because of this. Someone dropped the ball here and no one wants to step up and say anything. I emailed the manager and got nothing back. I doubt they will even give me an inspection after they try and fix my truck again. But I am owed it for them not comunicating with me properly and not checking to see if my truck was fixed in the first place. More

With the exception of Ralph Accardo who is great, service deserves a zero. My car had a fuel line replaced in Dec. On driving home after pickup, the heater did not work correctly. A few days later when the AC was needed we discovered the AC controls also do not work correctly although it blows cold air. AC and heater worked well before this service was performed. Service proclaims the malfunction is not due to their service but stated it now requires another repair service for $2,000. Very disappointed in Mac Haik after having done business (3 cars and a lot of service) with you for 22 years. More
