My husband and I came back to get a XT 4 Cadillac after getting one in 2016. I had a few concerns in the beginning about the chip that would enhance the performance of our car, but our concerns we’re reli getting one in 2016. From start to finish my service experience was excellent. I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house wh I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house which is about an hour away. Work was completed as promised in a timely fashion and everyone was a joy to work with. Top notch keep up the great customer service. More
