A new XT5 Back to Kelly Cadillac for my second vehicle. All of the employees made it a point to be welcoming without seeming contrived; the owners were present and stopped in to thank me personally. I noticed a small flaw in the leather before I left and was directed immediately to the service bay to make an appointment. Pretty impressive so far. More
