I am currently traveling back and forth from Wooster to downtown Cleveland due to a medical situation in our family. Ben was on it as soon as I pulled in. He came up with a number of solutions to make sure that I was safe and back on the road. Ben was also very upfront and mentioned that it would not last another 10 years and would need to be replaced. I got an estimate and will have it replaced as soon as I can get the funds saved up......by July of this year. More
