While everyone was pleasant & helpful, I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the part needed for the repair that I made an appointment for. Since I was waiting at the dealership for the vehi disappointed that they didn't have the part needed for the repair that I made an appointment for. Since I was waiting at the dealership for the vehicle, I waited an extra 40 minutes so they could go and get the part. But they were finally able to figure out what was wrong with the Ford Pass system. The only doors that opened without activating the buttons on the fob was the driver's door & the lift gate. And none of the remote features (start, lock, unlock) worked. So for that, I am grateful. More

I didn't work with Jacob. .....I worked with Doug. My service mechanic was Ben and I always ask for Ben to work on my car. I found myself in a pickle where the caging underne .....I worked with Doug. My service mechanic was Ben and I always ask for Ben to work on my car. I found myself in a pickle where the caging underneath was needing to be secured. I am currently traveling back and forth from Wooster to downtown Cleveland due to a medical situation in our family. Ben was on it as soon as I pulled in. He came up with a number of solutions to make sure that I was safe and back on the road. Ben was also very upfront and mentioned that it would not last another 10 years and would need to be replaced. I got an estimate and will have it replaced as soon as I can get the funds saved up......by July of this year. More
