Talk about 5 star service. Friday was my first experience looking at vehicles from a dealership. I was bringing my mom to the service area to pick up her car from a repair and she suggested we ta experience looking at vehicles from a dealership. I was bringing my mom to the service area to pick up her car from a repair and she suggested we take some time to look at the vehicles on the lot. When we walked through the door, Doug was quick to offer his assistance without being pushy. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. Doug, Mark, and Justin made the entire process easy. I never felt any pressure to make a decision that day, but as luck would have it I found a Trax that was everything I had been wanting and I couldn't be happier! It was a fantastic experience, I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. More
