I worked with Prakash Ebburu. It was a fantastic experience. We were connected to him when we called in to ask for a test drive of a Subaru Ascent. He asked us to come in for a dr It was a fantastic experience. We were connected to him when we called in to ask for a test drive of a Subaru Ascent. He asked us to come in for a drive. He was very attentive from the moment we stepped in. He showed us the car, explained all its features, took us for a test drive, and then asked to have a conversation. At no point did we feel pressured to make a deal. After we traded in our car, we were owed an amount by the dealership. Prakash made sure to follow up with the finance people until we received what we were owed. He also took the time to track down an issue with getting connected to Subaru's Starlink. Overall, it was a great experience, thanks in large part to Prakash. More
