He thoroughly explained the car and it's functions from front to back before the Test Drive. During the drive, he was able to carry me on a route where I could test the safety features and special functions of the vehicle. I never felt rushed and the information I received never seemed like a hardcore sales pitch; just quality information. I was very impressed with Dylan and his sales approach. I even upgraded to the Premium Outback because of this. When I started car shopping for my first Subaru, I thoroughly checked out Sam Packs Five Star Subaru of Grapevine. I was impressed with the dealership and its five star rating. Because of that, I traveled 132 miles one way to purchase a new car. Every department in the dealership, I dealt with was great.
