He didn't rush me: didn't hand me keys and wave "there you go, have fun!" We sat in the car for quite sometime in the carport while we reviewed the elements of driving a hybrid. This is actually my third Subaru, and though many things seemed familiar, there were enough differences that the extra attention was worth it for my comfort. Mr. Cooper followed up with me the same evening, the next day, and again today, about a week after my purchase. Who does that??
