Everything was fine. Bill Klozik is always great. 4th time I have bought a Subaru from Bill. First one in 2011. I am a female and there are often assumptions made at dealerships. Although no one actively approached me to help me, I was able to ask for assistance and immediately was helped. The individual was ple dealerships. Although no one actively approached me to help me, I was able to ask for assistance and immediately was helped. The individual was pleasant and respectful. Doug, however, took it a step further by speaking to me as if I was anyone else. He explained things that others hadn’t even attempted and spoke to me professionally. It was nice to have the Is experience when before the assumption was made that I didn’t actually know anything about cars. When you help me make informed decisions, you get an A+ in my book. More

Overall not a bad experience. There was a 10 day delay with regards to getting paid the equity back on a traded car. Not a lot of traction made at first.
