This was my first service appointment for my XC60 and it went like clockwork. Doug arranged for a nice loaner car and even accommodated my preference of cars. (It's nice to try something you don't drive all the time!) Service was included in my maintenance package. Doug recommended a tire rotation. Car was ready on time and washed. More
