Toyota of Scranton was great to us from start to finish even with the restraints of quarantine. Especially Richard and Jenna in finance they really worked with us via calls and emailing most of the paperwo even with the restraints of quarantine. When we got there to pick up the car and finish the paperwork they had everything ready. We weren't in the office more than 5 minutes for the last few signatures. Nick reviewed all of the features with us before we left and we were off with our awesome new Toyota Corolla! We absolutely love it! More

Very plesaed with the salesman Doug Stahl The one complaint is this dealership had been after me to trade in my 2010 Tacoma for a period of time knowing I took care of it.. When I went down The one complaint is this dealership had been after me to trade in my 2010 Tacoma for a period of time knowing I took care of it.. When I went down for a regular maintenance I figured I would check on a new Tacoma and see what they would give me for my 2010. Doug went in a got a quote and I was very surprised it was so low. He finally did get me a better price for mine. I was very discouraged in the beginning with what they offered me as "they" were the one's who wanted my 2010. More
