However, there is one little thing that fell through the cracks. I took delivery of my RX350 on February 26 and the inside of the windshield was filthy. I emailed the salesman and left a phone message with a customer service rep. I never got a response. This is not representative of Northside Lexus. Perhaps Covid 19 sent everything spiraling at the same time. More
